1. General Provisions

This document is an official offer (public offer) from Sole Proprietor Oleynik Evgeniy Aleksandrovich (hereinafter — the “Provider”) addressed to any individual (hereinafter — the “User”) to conclude a contract for access to digital educational content (online courses) under the terms set forth below.

Acceptance of the terms of this offer is made by paying for course access through the functionality of 9courses.com.

2. Regional Application of Legislation

• The contract is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
• For users residing in the European Union (EU), consumer protection laws of the EU apply, including the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days (provided the service has not been started).
• For users from other CIS countries, general civil law norms of the respective countries apply.

3. Subject of the Contract

The Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to the selected online course (or other digital educational product), and the User undertakes to pay for such service.

Access is provided via a personal account on the Site and includes the right to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Service Provision Procedure

• Access is provided after payment confirmation.
• Access duration is specified on the course page.
• The User is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is made through payment services indicated on the Site.
• The service cost is stated at the time of order placement.
• All payments are made in the currency selected on the Site (including the option of Euro for EU clients).
• Transaction fees are paid by the User (if applicable).

6. Right to Withdraw (for EU Citizens)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided you have not started using the service.

If access to the course has already been provided, and you have started viewing or downloading the content, you lose the right to a refund according to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Restrictions

• Access to courses is provided for personal use only.
• Transferring access to third parties is prohibited.
• Materials are protected by copyright. Any copying, distribution, or publication without written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for:

• Access issues caused by the User (e.g., internet problems);
• Interpretation or use of the materials by the User.

9. Personal Data Protection

The Provider processes User personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the GDPR, and national legislation.

10. Other Conditions

• Disputes are resolved by negotiation or in the competent court at the Provider’s place of registration.
